Returns Policy. - Distance Selling

Cancellation of Orders must be received within 7 days of goods received. Goods should be returned in a satisfactory condition. Refund of goods & outbound postage will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of cancellation notice. Cost of return of goods is the Consumer's liability.

Faulty Goods - Returns Policy

If goods are faulty, please communicate the nature of the fault to us as soon as the fault becomes apparent. We will endeavour to repair/replace/refund the item and arrange for the item to be collected

All you need to do to rent a 08/09 model range Ducati from London Superbikes is to simply inform us of the dates that you require a Ducati motorcycle and your preferred model and we will able to confirm availability or offer you a suitable alternative.

When you wish to book a bike we require a non-refundable deposit of £1000 payable by debit or credit card

On collection of the rental bike you will need to pay the rental fee in full. We shall retain your £1000 deposit to cover your insurance excess (deductible). Our insurers require us to inspect and photocopy your driving licence, passport and one further form of ID (usually your credit card).

We will then hand the rental bike over to you. It will be in good condition, clean and fully fuelled, we’ll give you guidance on the controls and any other aspects of the bike as required.
With our fully comprehensive insurance cover at 28 per day you are welcome to travelin in the UK whilst riding your rental Ducati . Your rental bike will also be covered by Ducati Assistance should you experience any difficulties whilst out on the road and their 24 hour contact number will be given to you before you depart.

The daily rental fee includes 200 miles per day allowance and you will only incur an excess mileage charge if you exceed this average over your rental period. (The mileage excess charge is 28 pence per mile).

When you return your fully fuelled rental bike to us for inspection, we will refund your £1000 deposit minus the cost to repair any damage sustained to the machine whilst it was in your care.
